Over 3.5 days we created the space and conditions for 350 global leaders to come together and connect deeply, as they reflected on their past, made progress against their strategy and shaped the future of their business.

Celebrating a return to in person events, this global summit brought 130 leaders to the striking coast of Western Australia. As many colleagues were meeting face-to-face for the first time, we optimised for authentic connection & meaningful collaboration across our 3.5 days together.

Off the back of a challenging few years, and heading into a significant leadership transition, our client wanted to create an intimate 3-day event to bring together their global team, demonstrate unity across senior leaders, and build the confidence and stability needed to navigate the upcoming major change. They engaged Citrine to manage the overall design and delivery of the entire project, from strategic development and creative concepting through to production and execution.
